We provide a complete project management service where RTM becomes the sole contact point and manager of all services. Following our “one-stop shop” concept, the entire project delivery ranging from design, local authorities’ submissions, IT and engineering management, procurement, construction administration, as well as our professional project management service will be provided in a professional manner from project inception through completion

Construction and Procurement

With our established construction administration procedures, RTM controls the documentation, procurement and decision-making process to ensure smooth project administration resulting in timely delivery of quality project within budget. RTM monitors site work and review construction materials used to guard against any defects and deficiencies, and ensures that the design intent, specifications and Client requirements are met.
